Mastantuono Law Office has been a leader in a new collaborative effort involving the Milwaukee District Attorney's Office, the State Public Defender, and other court agencies aimed at creating and implementing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Criminal Court Cases. Through this effort, we have gained expertise in resolving cases through diversion and deferred prosecution agreements, which, if successfully completed, result in either no criminal charge being filed, or dismissal of a criminal case. These ADR methods in criminal cases are the current cutting edge in resolving criminal cases effectively, while addressing public safety concerns and giving people a second chance to move forward in their lives without a criminal record.
